No. At TAQ, everyone is welcome, with or without a disability. About 20% of our team does not live with a disability. Take a look at our job postings to discover currently available positions.

We offer employment opportunities in many areas, with working conditions that can be adapted based on needs, both in our facilities (food co-packing, assembly, packaging, and the manufacturing of Faber snowshoes) and within our support team (administration, quality assurance, supervision, maintenance, etc.).

Adapted jobs are intended for people who live with a recognized disability. We welcome individuals with a wide range of disabilities, including: intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), psychosocial disabilities (mental health conditions including personality disorders, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia and depression), and physical disabilities (cerebral palsy, speech disorders, dysphasia, dyspraxia, partial visual impairment, hearing loss and neurological conditions).

The only disability that prevents holding a production role in our facilities is blindness, due to safety requirements.

TAQ is proud to offer an adapted, inclusive and caring inclusive work environment, along with personalized daily support aligned with the realities of all our employees.

And that’s not all. TAQ has a collective cafeteria offering affordable meals. We also have a very active social club, activities and sports challenges for all employees, a dedicated wellness room for our neurodiverse workers, ongoing training adapted to each role, and social integration training delivered in collaboration with school service centres.

We also offer several annual paid days off and other benefits that vary depending on the position. Check our job postings to learn more.

It allows our neurodiverse colleagues (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, ADHD) to calm down, reset, or take a sensory break when needed.
