Megan, an inspiring evolution

Each month, our Shining with pride feature highlights an employee who stands out through their journey and growth. We are proud to introduce Megan, a colleague whose progress at TAQ has been truly remarkable.

A wonderful evolution since she joined

When she joined us in June 2023, Megan was quite shy and lacked confidence. She even found it difficult to express herself clearly. Since then, however, she has made an impressive journey!
Today, Megan works with great skill in our food packaging department. Her versatility is exceptional: she excels on the Leclerc line, in mixing, in assembling displays, and in the mixed cell. She never hesitates to lend a hand in the assembly and packaging departments (material handling), demonstrating a strong team spirit.

A positive energy every day

With her contagious smile and consistently positive attitude, Megan brings valuable energy to the team. She has become a truly autonomous contributor, confident in making requests and managing her responsibilities.
