What food standards and health & safety controls are in place at Groupe TAQ?

Groupe TAQ operates production zones specifically dedicated to food co-packing, including controlled work rooms designed to ensure a controlled environment.

Our Quality assurance department oversees the implementation and strict compliance of food industry standards, adapting to each client’s specific requirements. We rigorously apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and deploy customized quality systems, including obtaining certifications when required.

This collaborative approach enables us to guarantee products that are safe, compliant and fully aligned with our partners’ expectations.

For example, we obtained BRCGS certification, a benchmark standard recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), covering food safety and quality management for production lines dedicated to one of our business partners. Another production line is also organic certified by Quality Assurance International (QAI).
