A little over a year and a half ago, Léa took her first steps at TAQ as part of a school internship. Since then, her journey has been truly inspiring!

Thanks to the PAAS Action program, Léa is developing her socio-professional autonomy at TAQ as a kitchen assistant in the cafeteria, where she actively contributes to daily operations. This program allows her to build a variety of skills at her own pace.

From the very beginning, Léa has stood out for her positive attitude and commitment. Well integrated into the team, she takes the time to greet everyone and brings a warm energy to everyday life. Always motivated, she shows a genuine desire to get involved and to grow.

Over the months, her skills have developed remarkably. She is becoming more independent and now completes certain tasks on her own, such as preparing delicious apple crisps, a real hit with everyone!

More importantly, Léa has gained confidence and self-assurance. Her goal of obtaining a permanent position is clear, and she is doing everything she can to achieve it.

We are very proud of her! One thing is certain: Léa still has so much to offer, and we look forward to continuing to see her grow with us.
