To obtain the certifications you require, Groupe TAQ’s quality team works in partnership with you to implement food quality management and/or safety systems.
GMP | Health Canada: TAQ holds an operating licence from the Natural and Non-Prescription Health Products Directorate. This licence is your assurance that our primary and secondary packaging and labelling work meets your needs and complies with Health Canada safety and quality standards on the use of your products. Our employees are trained annually on GMPs.
GFSI-BRC: In response to a request by one of our food packaging partners, Groupe TAQ obtained BRC certification, a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmark standard on food safety and product quality management. We are very proud of our impressive AA rating following the 2022 audit.
Organic certification – QAI: At the request of one of our food packaging partners, we obtained organic certification from Quality Assurance International (QAI) for one of our production lines.
